NO REFUND • NO RETURN • NO REPLACEMENT • NO EXCHANGE • NON-TRANSFERABLE

All sales of subscription passes, digital Excel products, hydraulic calculation templates, and video courses are final once activated or accessed. Subscriptions grant single-user online access only.

1. Intended Target Audience

Our Digital Products, Recorded Video Courses and Subscription Plans are designed exclusively for Government Organisations in Maharashtra, India, including PWD, Zilla Parishad (Construction), Municipal Corporation (Construction) and Municipal Council (Construction).

2. Subscription Scope & Portal Access

Subscription provides access to the Portal and Mobile App only. Digital Products (downloadable Excel models, drawings, add-ins) and Recorded Video Courses are available for separate one-time purchase. Subscriptions are single-user and strictly non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property & Product Usage

All Excel estimation formats, rate analysis add-ins, hydraulic models, and AutoCAD/PDF drawings provided on PWDESTIMATES.COM are protected intellectual property. Excel Image Drawings are intended for estimation purpose only and not for direct site execution without professional engineering verification.
