All subscriptions and digital file downloads grant instant single-user online access. Once activated, payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

1. Intended Target Audience Notice

Our Digital Products, Recorded Video Courses and Subscription Plans are designed exclusively for Government Organisations in Maharashtra, India, including PWD, Zilla Parishad (Construction), Municipal Corporation (Construction) and Municipal Council (Construction).

2. Subscription & Product Licensing

Subscription provides access to the Portal and Mobile App only. Digital Products (Excel estimates, billing sheets, Numbers-to-Words add-ins, hydraulic models) and Recorded Video Courses are available for separate one-time purchase. Account credentials cannot be shared or transferred.

3. Engineering Disclaimer

Excel Image Drawings and template rate calculations are provided for estimation purpose only and not for direct site execution. Professional engineers must verify calculations for site-specific execution.
